At 1997 Old School, we strive to ensure that you receive your order quickly and securely.

All our shipments are handled through Swiss Post, guaranteeing a reliable service with full tracking.

Orders are processed and shipped within an estimated time of 24 to 48 hours, depending on the destination country or region.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number allowing them to follow the status of the shipment at any time.

Orders placed after 17:00 (5:00 PM) will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within the legally established period from the date of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused

• It must remain in its original condition

• It must include the original tags and packaging

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be issued.
